About

Why SecNiva exists.

Identity and access management is a $26B+ market. Zero Trust is growing near 17% a year. And almost $100B has gone into buying up AI and identity security startups in the past twelve months alone. None of that spending is closing the actual gap: the engineering work of making machine and AI agent identity trustworthy by design.

Every major identity and security platform is racing to bolt on agent-identity capability — mostly by acquisition, faster than any of them can actually integrate what they’ve bought. That leaves every enterprise running a combination of tools with a structural incentive problem: whoever’s selling you the platform is never the right person to tell you the platform isn’t the answer to your specific environment.

Big consulting firms have the opposite problem. They have the relationships and the balance sheet for a multi-year transformation program, but the economics run on leveraging junior staff under a few partners — a poor fit for something like an automated identity rollout or an AI agent threat model, which needs senior engineers who’ve actually built the thing before, not reviewed a slide about it.

SecNiva exists in the gap between those two failure modes: vendor-neutral enough to give an honest architecture recommendation, and engineering-led enough to actually build it — for the specific companies racing to ship AI agents on infrastructure that was never built to authorize them.

Founder-led

SecNiva is founder-led by design, not by necessity — every early engagement is scoped and delivered by the person who did the research behind it, not handed off to a bench of generalists.

[Founder bio — background, prior roles, and specific engineering credentials go here. Keep it specific and verifiable; this placeholder is left intentionally blank rather than invented.]

Open standards, not black boxes

Every architecture SecNiva builds is grounded in open, community-governed standards for automated trust — so a client’s identity infrastructure is never dependent on SecNiva, or any single vendor, to keep running.

No invented proof

You won’t find customer logos, testimonials, or ROI percentages on this site. SecNiva is early, and the honest version of that is to lead with cited research and specific engineering detail instead of borrowed credibility.
